Answered Prayer

Leslie had a good day today! The chemo has not taken the toll on her yet, as it has with previous treatments. We are continuing to pray that her stamina is sustained and that the nausea and other symptoms are minimal this week. She was still not able to go to work, but she wasn't in constant pain and hasn't been confined to the bed. Continue to pray!

We are also rejoicing this evening that God has answered our prayers for rain. The storms are rolling through! Even McGrooter was excited that it would rain this evening.

  1. Hey Seth and Leslie,
Life has been hectic here, but good, and I hadn't checked into the bovine place in awhile. I get updates when I talk to your dad, but Jesse and his buddy from Word of Life were here talking about theology, and Jesse is involved in a Presbyterian church in Bethlehem. He was telling me some things he was impressed with, etc. so I said you were in Presb. ministry, and looked up bovine theology to show him the site. Just wanted to say that I (we) was blessed just by reading how you started the site and your first sermon and all! Wow, you had no idea what you were facing in January about trusting the sovereignty of God, did you? It's a good thing God doesn't tell us the giants we will face as we walk through these valleys. But He promised he would never leave us or forsake us, amen?
So letting you know I'm thinking of you and praying for you and all your gang tonite. Stay strong and faithful. God is surely using you. I hope you have a blessed and wonderful Thanksgiving. We always have soooo much to be thankful for, don't we? I hope Nathan gets to connect with you this weekend. He's having dinner Thursday with our friends in McDonnough (sp?)
    Love,
    Aunt Terrie
